1. What shipping methods are available?
At Lisbon Court Tailoring & Clean, we use reliable and efficient shipping services for all orders within the United States.
- Shipping Fee: $8.00 per order
- Shipping Area: United States only
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses). We apologize for any inconvenience.
2. How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days within the United States.
Delivery times may be slightly delayed during:
- Peak seasons
- Holidays
- Unexpected carrier delays
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Lisbon Court Tailoring & Clean only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal as our secure payment method.
When placing an order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure platform, where you can complete your payment using:
- Your PayPal account
- Supported credit or debit cards
5. Is buying online safe?
Yes. Your security and privacy are very important to us.

6. Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once they are placed. Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all details are correct, including:
- Product selection
- Size or specifications
- Shipping address
- Quantity
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been confirmed.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cancellation may not be possible.

- A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

8. Can I return or request a refund for my order?
Yes. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

9. What is the return policy timeframe?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the order has been delivered.
After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and we will no longer be able to offer refunds or returns.
10. I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check around your home or mailbox.
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier listed in your confirmation email.
