2. Shipping Area
We currently ship online orders within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We may not be able to ship to certain restricted locations, freight forwarding addresses, P.O. Boxes, or addresses that shipping carriers cannot service.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is:
5:00 PM CST
Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST on a business day may begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, holidays, or outside our business days will begin processing on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
1–3 business days
Our order fulfillment days are:
Tuesday – Friday
Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and days when our store is closed.
Processing time means the time needed to confirm the order, prepare the item, inspect the item, package the order, and hand it to the shipping carrier.
5. Shipping Transit Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping transit usually takes:
5–8 business days
Carrier shipping days are generally:
Monday – Friday
Transit time may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or other delays outside our control.
6. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is:
6–11 business days
This includes:
- 1–3 business days for order processing
- 5–8 business days for shipping transit
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Shipping Cost
We charge a flat-rate standard shipping fee of:
$8.00 per order
The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lisbon Court Tailoring & Clean is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
12. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or appears to be missing, please contact us at:

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments caused by our fulfillment process.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
